GENERAL REMINDERS:

• Dues for Rowhouse owners are due on the first day of every month each year and are late if not received within 30 days.
• Dues for all other homes are due on the first day of every quarter each year: January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
• Payments not received by the 30th day of the month due are subject to late fees.
• Quarterly statements are sent to all owners in the month preceding the next quarterly dues payment; owners who do not receive their statements are STILL responsible for ensuring their dues are received before the end of the grace period (within 30 days of the due date).
